On Saturday 13th August 2011 I am starting the Cambridge diet again!
I did it a few years ago and it worked great. There is a few things I will do differently this time. I won't chew gum, drink diet drinks or nibble on cheese at night! I'm also busier now then I was then. I'm setting up my own business now and thats the main reason I am doing this right now. I have 5 weeks until my craft shop opens and when it does I want to be smaller. I have jeans in my wardrobe in a size 10 and thats where I want to be. I won't jump off the diet when I reach my goal I will do maintenance properly this time.
I'm trying to battle a migraine today and it reminds me that when going into ketosis I'll get one so I must make sure my painkillers are in the house. My husband is supportive of my choice and is happy he gets to eat what he wants for dinner! So tomorrow I'll cut back my carbs and get ready to go
