I lost 7lbs on my first week of Cambridge yippee :D:D:D
It felt like time was moving so slow but now it's ok and I feel surprisingly good
 
Thanks so much guys!!! Last time I did this diet I only lost 5lbs the first week. The difference now is my thyroid is back working properly thankfully:) I noticed last night my thighs are shrinking, yippee again lol
 
My week 2 is nearly over as I have my second weigh in tomorrow (Thursday) can't go Friday hubby is working and I don't drive yet. It's been hard this week I had a slip up last Sunday night but I've been fine since. I drank loads of water today and walked for 25min it usually takes me 35-40 mins to walk it. So fingers crossed!!
 
Week 2 weigh in

Lost 3lbs this time :D It's what I expected. I've joined the gym as well in an effort to tone up and speed up the process!
