Hi, I've been to aldi today and bought pasta and sauce and savoury rice, their own make in minutes brand.

I have searched for syns for these but the values state a syn value and then say 100g cooked. Why is it not giving me the value for the whole pack cooked? :( it's very confusing.

Yeah that's what was baffling me, why it's 100g cooked. The packs are over 100g uncooked so by the time you have added water it will weigh more when cooked. Think I'm gonna stick to bachelors.

Also I bought their yogurts that look like muller lights that claim to be fat free! Oh no.. Just had to syn the toffee one at 3.5!!!!

I hate aldi now lol.

aw, dont hate aldi. they have a fair bit of free food its just learning wots syned and wots not. they do have syn free forest fruit yogs, pack of four for £1 cant remember the name tho >_< . what I do is make up my shopping list with my sw books to hand for the syns/free food etc. and its the list I stick too. (aldi is better for my purse so if I pop to asda I can get those few extras )=]
