Lunch---red onion, courgette, pepper, carrots in a tin of Chicken broth with a chicken breast.
Tea-- ham, salad leaves, cucumber, toms, beetroot, pickled onions, gherkin, apple, tangerine, salad cream.

Lunch---Meat and veg burger. Pepper, courgette, toms, red onion, carrot fried in coconut oil, Katsu Curry rice.
Tea--- Chicken breast, salad leaves, toms, cucumber, beetroot, picked onion, gherkin, apple, tangerine, salad cream.

Day 8 Didn't want to go shopping so found a pizza in the freezer.
Lunch-- ham, pineapple, tom, cheese g/f pizza, chips.
Tea--- Was the same as day before. Chicken salad.

I've never heard of a Histamine intolerance, food wise what does that mean? Also you said something interesting about not being able to eat leftovers, do you mean reheating food increases histamine. I ask cos my mother insists her medical dietitian told her not to reheat potato but Mam has dementia so we never know what to believe

Reheating foods does increase the histamine level. Grilling and frying also. So I am told.
Since I've eaten low histamine my 'ibs' has almost gone and my sinus problem.
I know if I've eaten something high as I start sneezing and my nose blocks up and it also triggers stomach ache then need to go loo..But I have noticed that is more when I use sunflower or veg oil.. That is why I am trying salad foods for a couple of weeks to see what happens. Anything in vinegar is suppose to be high histamine but I seem to be alright on them.

Think I pulled a stomach muscle Wednesday as I woke up during the night in awful pain. It has just started settling down so food has just been dry crackers as I haven't felt like eating.
Hoping to feel like eating tomorrow.
