Out with the old me and in with the new me.

Think I pulled a stomach muscle Wednesday as I woke up during the night in awful pain. It has just started settling down so food has just been dry crackers as I haven't felt like eating.
Hoping to feel like eating tomorrow.
After doing this again yesterday after lifting a couple of bags of compost I need to work on my arm strength as I'm sure that is why I keep pulling a stomach muscle.
Going back to how I started back in 2012. That is Primal eating with kettlebells and treadmill.
I need some muscles on my arms. :)
