But why should we wait?
I'm not saying go buy new clothes every time you drop a size but are there small things to make yourself feel good?
One thing I love doing is some skincare.
Home Made Exfoliant.
3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon honey
half cup sugar
if you do it in that order the oil will stop the honey sticking to the spoon
you can use any sugar, has to be extra virgin olive oil tho and the honey has to be runny stuff.
Simple put some on your face and rub it for a minute then wash off and pat dry.
the olive oil wont clog but moisturize. Use once a week
could be used on other parts of the body!
