Makes me realise......

Ive just had a phonecall to say a client I look after has passed away - he was 30.

It really puts life into perspective and makes me realise all the moaning I do about trivial things is totally unjustifiable.

thats horrible news - hope you are okay.

I think it does make me realise that by changing my lifestyle now, i am (hopefully) giving myself more time with my loved ones, by not suffering from obesity related illnesses later on in life.

I'm temping in the District Nurses office at the local hospital and it is so sad the age some of the patients are passing away - or are suffering terminal illness
