Making porridge more exciting?

Just had porridge for the first time, mmmmmmmmm, it's really tasty isn't it? I love that there's a bit of bulk to it too.

I was just wondering if anyone has made it any more 'interesting' at all. Are we allowed cinnamon? Or any other sinilar 'sweet spices'?

Just wondering. No worries if we're not, I quite like it as it is!

Had my third weigh in last night by the way. Lost one stone, 1lb in 3 weeks now!! Only another 8lbs to go then I'm happy to go into my 'mini management' programme...and finally be at my original goal from last April!! xx

Rachel - technically speakingon the cinnamon, no. Same rules apply as they did in LL ;) However, on my little rerun the past little while - which I am now done with, I did use some of the C-stuff. I also used some of the Forest Fruit water flavouring which was very nice.

But technically - no. :)

Well doneo n the loss - great stuff innit. :D

And the re-launch is so fast - 10 days. Very easy to follow....It seems it is pretty much a condensed veriosn of RTM where each week is done in one day. Nice. :)

I am on day 4 now, and already having most all fruits and veg, cooked or raw, almost all protein, tomorrow nuts and seeds, etc. It goes very fast. :)

Cheers BL. I've rung my LLC this morning and she said the same. In fact, LL are developing an apple and cinnamon Porridge as we speak according to her!

10 days will fly by in no time I'm sure. All the best!!
