Man, I have a long way to go!

    I currently weigh 277 lbs and need to weigh 147 lbs.

    I am about to start on lighterlife in a couple of weeks and am starting working out with a personal trainer 3 times a week as of Monday.

    I have my doubts that I will ever be able to do this. Can anyone inspire me with some stories of BIG losses?

    If only weight was as easy to lose as it is to gain!

    Welcome to the forum, good luck on your LL plan, I know that LL is very successful, with huge weightloss in rapid time, one of personal friends went on it (500kcal a day 3 food packs) and lost around 11 stone in a year.
