Man of the year criteria?

As the title says really, I'd like to know what entitles you to enter "Man of the Year" can you only be entered in the year you have lost your weight? Do you have to lose 10st+ I know there is a height weight criteria, do you have to have a C who knows what they are doing?

If its the same as Women of the Year then its not weight loss related. You are nominated by the group as being someone who inspires them. If you want to go forward to the regional stage then there are stipulations about being in the healthy bmi range and there may be others but can't remember off the top of head sorry x
