SUPPOSE BY DAY 100 I ALL THE WEIGHT ONE WANTED TO LOSE WAS GONE DO WE STILL HAVE TO HAVE PACKS???
I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO EATING SENSIBLY
AND I WANT TO KNOW WHAT TO AVOID IN THE WORLD OF FOOD BUT I REALLY DO NOT DESIRE TO BE ON THE PACKS FOR MORE THAN THE FOUNDATION
