I'm still alive, gained 2.5 over the last 2 weeks though, been a pig and paying for it!! I'm 4lbs away from my lowest now... BOOOOOOO!

Wedding Fever is overtaking my life at the min, only got 4 months to go...

Ok, so I am going to officially restart on Monday (I need to food shop at weekend in prep!!) but to help me get in the swing going to try and log my food for a few days to get "in the habit"

Pleaseeeeeeee don't judge me on the choices.... got a lot of cr@p in the cupboards to use up! ;o)

Brekkie - Nutri Grain Breakfast Biscuits x 4 (groan) (10 SYNS????? WTF!)

Snacks - Banana

Lunch - Baxters Mushroom Soup (16.5 syns WTF!), 2 pieces of best of both toast (9 SYNS WTF)

Snack - Mullerlight greek yog (coconut) (0.5 SYN)

Evening Meal - Going to Chiquitos for a family meal so goodness knows... (I have no eating out planned for the next 2 weeks after Monday...) I'll guess 30-40 SYNS?!

Total syns - AGH... about 70?!?!

Exercise - None...

That's appalling... ah well, just a bit of practice to get in the swing, it will all change in a few days! It's been a useful exercise though to see how badly my habits have slipped again... TINNED SOUP???????

Evening Meal - Jacket Potato with low fat cottage cheese, celery, tuna and tabasco (Free), Mahi Mahi Fish, Mullerlight Greek Yog (0.5syn)

Lunch - AGH! Thought Quorn Cocktail sausages were free.... alas, NOT! I've gone for 5 syns for the 180g pack I just scoffed... reckon there were about 10 and think they're 1/2syn each?! AGH! I(EDIT I was wrong... 1 each!) (10) Meditteranean Side Salad (2), Low Fat Mayo (2), Mango and Papaya (Free)

Snack - Jaffa Cake Bar (3.5)

Evening Meal - Waitrose Pink Peppercorn Steak (2.5), Stuffed Red Pepper (1.5), Med Veg (1)

Total syns - 22.5 (Would have been 12.5 without the Quorn disaster!)

Another good day, if a little over! Having a fab first week back on plan. Here comes weekend though so the difficulty starts now! I am on antibiotics this week though so no boozing to navigate at least! xx

Lunch - Wholemeal Pitta (HEXB), Chicken, Salad, HEXA Feta, Light Mayo (2)

Snack - Jaffa Cake Bar (5), Mini Tesco snickers (4), Jelly Beans (5)

Evening Meal - Syn free chilli and rice (superfree from peppers, onions, mushrooms, courgette all thrown in)

Total syns - 21 - Not too bad for a Saturday I thought! ;o)

Been over a couple of times so far this week but under other days, total for week so far: 88/105 syns

Snacks - Pepperami (5), Bowl of raspberries

Lunch - Wholemeal Pitta (HEXB), Humous (2), HEXA Cheddar

Evening Meal - Lamb Shank done in slow cooker with no fat, New potatoes roasted in frylight, peppers, mushrooms, asparagus.

Total syns - 16

Evening Meal - Tuna Pasta Bake with lots of peppers, onion and courgette. Made with HEXA Mozzarella Light 57g and Philly Extra Light (5 syns for half tub)
