Brekkie - Alpen Light Bar (HEXB)

Snacks - Muller greek yog (0.5 syns)

Lunch - Chicken Salad, Balsamic, (HEXA Cheddar), cucumber, tomato, fruit salad

Snack - Banana, Maltesers hot chocolate (5 syns), Pepperami (5)

Evening Meal - Spaghetti Bol - syn free made with extra lean mince, onion, peppers, garlic, passata, baked beans, spaghetti. Pesto (2.5 for red 1 tbsp), 8 stuffed olives (2)

Snacks - Strawberries, Grapes

Lunch - Chicken Salad, Balsamic glaze (2), (HEXA Cheddar)

Snack - Apple, Banana, Mullerlight

Evening Meal - Seafood Pasta made with fresh seafood (free), penne, chopped tomatoes, onion, courgette and peppers

Lunch - Leftover seafood pasta from last night (free), baked beans, HEXA Cheese

Snack - Shape delight yoghurt, fruit salad, pickled egg

Evening Meal - Joe's Peppered Steaks, sweet potato chips, tsatziki (4 tbsps), olives 2

Evening Meal - Chicken and Med Veg in schwartz perfect shake bag, roasted new potatoes

I'm so impressed with my order from Joe's Sausages, had the peppered pork grills last night and they were so tasty! Can't wait to try the burgers tomorrow night!

Evening Meal - Joe's chilli burger, 2 joe's sausages, SW chips, 1/3 superfree salad, HEXB wholemeal roll, HEXA Cheddar, Tesco Cool Salsa (2 syns for 4 tbsps)

Evening Meal - Slow cooker chilli with beef mince, onion, stock, passata, tomatoes, red peppers, kidney beans, chillis, rice, 2 tbsps low fat sour cream (3)

Snack - Shape delight yoghurt, mango pieces, Pepperami (5 syns), Humous (2)

HAD A WOBBLE in the evening and ate 3 M&S Easter mini bscuits at 3.5 EACH (10.5)

Evening Meal - Peppercorn steak tagliatelle with lean beef strips, worcester sauce, onion, muchrooms and tagliatelle in a low fat creme fraiche sauce (4 tbsps at 6 syns)

Total syns - 23.5

Lunch - Eat well orzo pasta and tomato pot from M&S (1.5 - great find!), Carrot sticks, Humous (4), count on us rhubarb creme brulee yoghurt from M&S (FREE!)

Evening Meal - Tuna steaks, new potatoes, mange tout and baby corn, sweet chilli sauce (5)

BACK AGAIN!

I am not getting on very well going it alone, reckon I could be a stone heavier than my wedding now... so tomorrow I AM GOING BACK TO CLASS.

Not done a class for over a year so see how I get on this time around xx

Class tonight and the nerves are kicking in. My old class from last time has closed so its a new venue, new consultant, new people... eek!

Fresh start then babe - no prior weight knowledge or pressure!!! :) remember....eat as normal today and then next week you wont be eating salad and crackers lol!
