Lunch - HEXB Wholemeal pitta, Feta & Slow Roast Pepper Pasta (Waitrose 7 syns), Humous (2), Mango pieces

Snack - Mullerlight

Evening Meal - Sausages (4) and Cheesy Mash (HEXA), Baked Beans

Total syns - 16

Ok so had a bit of a wobble last night!!!! Have amended yesterday... GAH!
Wednesday 14th November 2012 - EE Day


Brekkie - Alpen Light Bar (HEXB)

Snacks - Mini tesco snickers and twix (8 total - AGH fell off wagon)

Lunch -feta and tomato salad (7), houmous (2), carrot sticks, mango pieces

Snack - Mullerlight

Evening Meal - Tesco simply cook mexican chicken (12), rustic chips (3), fresh ratatouille veg (1)

Total syns - 33

Total for week - 66/105

Snack - Mullerlight, Jaffa Cake Bar (5)

Evening Meal - Pork stir fry and egg noodles (4 syns for Blue Dragon stir fry sauce) - Should've had this yesterday!

Total syns - 24.5

Total for week - 95.5/105 - Not much left for weekend!!

Total for week - 114.5/105 - Over for the week! Gah!
 
2lbs off! Despite the slight wagon falling off!

-5 in 2 weeks, really pleased xx

Lunch - Waitrose Tuna Nicoise Salad (6) , Carrot sticks, humous (4), Olives (1)

Snack - Mango fingers

Evening Meal - Wetherspoons curry - not too bad I thought for all this on a naughty day...
Chicken Tikka Masala with Basmati Rice, Naan Bread, Mango Chutney & Poppadums 18½

Total syns - 29.5 (I know...)

Exercise - None

Lunch - Ham, Egg and Cheese (HEXA) Salad, Crisps (7.5 FAIL), Coconut Water (2), Salad Cream (2.5)

Snack - Jaffa Cake (2.5)

Evening Meal - Beef stir fry with lean beef strips and stir fry veg, stir fry sauce (half a sachet) (5)

Total syns - 20

Exercise - None (gym last night and Zumba on Monday)

Snack - Banana, satsuma

Evening Meal - Chicken chasseur from SW magazine (free version), mange tout and baby corn

Evening Meal - Tuna Steak, sweet chilli sauce (2), new potatoes roasted in frylight, mange tout and baby corn

I need to stop sneaky peeking! Been on the scales every morning this week and they've not moved... going to try and stay away all weekend xxx
