Hi,
Does anyone fancy joining me in the challenge of doing a 10KM run? The one I have in mind is the Manchester BUPA race in May and is now open for entries. I am 9 stone over weight, 54 years of age and at this moment in time and I cannot run a single step. If all goes to plan I would then like to do the Great North Half Marathon which I believe is late in the year......
