    ok so i decided im gonna start the food diary to try keep me on track :)....this is yesterdays 11th of april

    29pp/49pp weekly

    (breakfast)
    weetabix 4pp
    protein shake after gym workout 5pp

    (lunch)
    brown bread x2 5pp
    w.w tuna 2pp
    salad opp

    (dinner)rushing...
    w.w sambo 7pp
    treble crunch 3pp

    (snacks)
    toast x2 5 pp
    fruit 0pp
    cheese triangle 1pp

    total used is 32/29daily......3/49 weekly

    i done an hour and ten minutes weight training too.
    six weeks and four days till bikini time in gran canaria x x x

    (breakfast)
    weetabix 4pp
    protein shake after gym 5pp

    (lunch)
    tesco seeded wrap 4pp toasted
    one bacon 1pp
    salad 0pp
    slice low low toastie cheese 1pp
    mayo 1pp

    (dinner)
    light choices burito 6pp
    salad 0pp
    fruit and yogart 1pp

    (anytime)
    w.w bagel 4pp
    triangle cheese 1pp
    fruit with milky bar melted over it yum 2pp
    popcorn 4pp

    total used 34/29 daily
    used 5/49 weekky

    also done an hour intense training in gym...he worked us so hard i got sick x x great workout though x x x

    tiny bit extra light mayo 0pp

    nakd cashew bar 3pp

    butternut squash chips with sprinkle of cajun spice 0pp
    lean mince burger 4pp
    grilled onions 0pp
    grilled mushrooms 0pp

    (snacks)
    mints 3pp
    2x skinny cow triple choc ice po.p 4pp
    2x protein shakes 10 pp

    total used is 38/29 daily
    used 9 from my weeklys.

    i also done an hour and half weight training this morning and an hour of boxcercise tonight:) x x
