Cheers, my next weigh-in is tomorrow so hoping for a better loss this week as I have upped my exercise a little as I don't want it to take forever to get to goal, fingers crossed.

Aw that's pants Quak :( but you will do it for sure next week, and you are still losing which is the main thing.

Maybe you are close enough to goal now that you are ready to look at moving to WS for the last stone or so? Or maybe metting WS halfway and adding a 200-cal meal? Having more calories in and keeping the excercise levels up might boost your metabolism a bit?

Yup, pants indeed. I am still nearly 2 stone off goal so it seems a bit early to be adding food on a regular basis but it might be an option if next week does not improve. Am trying to stay positive so it does not send me into doing something I will regret but it has been a long journey and seems to be stretching out even longer than I anticipated.

The last couple of stone always seems the hardest. You are feeling great and looking great and therefore, the motivation wanes. My weight loss has slowed down as well now, but it is because I have started to pick again - my downfall that started all of this!

We have to stay strong to the end ;-))

I've got no useful suggestions I'm afraid. I just wanted to show a bit of solidarity :)

Am going to give it another week before I resort to food I think, and thank you all for the lovely supportive comments, at least you all know where I am coming from thank goodness, people who have never done this sort of diet have ABSOLUTELY no idea. I can't count the times today I have been told to stop now as I am fine the way I am :sigh:

Well done you losers. No matter how little OFF is always a good thing.
Nothing off for me this week but nothing on either so I'm happy to stick with it for another week. Ate 300 cals allowed food last week and am upping to full WS this week so I'll be happy to lose anything next week. Am going to make sure I keep up with the exercise to help things along(hopefully). That goal is tantalisingly close....................
