You can lose upto 14lbs amonth on CD Sole Source, but you might lose abit more the first week because you lose your water weight (glycogen stores).

I would aim for a weight you think is achievable and you are comfortable with. Good luck with the diet hun, keep us posted on how you get on xx

I have weigh in on on Monday 2nd March but i'm not going to include that in the March challenge as i started weightloss for that week in February. I hope thats ok. I dont think it will be much anyway because i'm on antibiotics. xx

Thanks MaybeBaby, gosh I love your avatar too, I love Edward Cullen, I've seen Twilight so many times and I've bought all the books in the series, haven't read them yet though, maybe now I'll not have food in my hands I'll read the books instead
