March Challenge

The way the challenge works
You set yourself a challenge for the month, and then post on here every week when you weigh in. Then I edit this main post to show how well everyone is doing.

Why?
I find it really motivating, and it's easier to set myself a small monthly challenge then a huge one like 'lose 3 stone by June'. Smaller challenges are the best I say! :D

So... If you are interested in joining, just post and let me know how much you want to lose by the end of the month (it might also help if you post your weigh in days), preferably in the format used for the challenge.

Good idea. :)

Can I join you please, I need to stop messing around and loose these last few pounds to get to my new target.

I am going to Rome for the Easter break, and I want to be at target by then. So for me I need to loose at least 7lbs.

I want to be a bit less so can afford to have a bit extra in Italy. :D

Weigh in day is Saturday. So will report back then.
March goal to loose 7lbs.

Could you put me down for 8lb please...I'm in very strict competition with Lighterlife as of tomorrow so I can't aim for less than her, lol!!

A bit of friendly competition never hurt anyone did it, he he!!

I want to loose 28lbs by the 24 but think that is a bit ambitious so I will I would like to be 14.13lbs..... My weight today is 16.4lbs

Can I join in as well ? At the rate I'm going, a realistic loss is 4lb but lets go mad and say 6lb.

Still a good loss Jane! 2lbs every week would be over 100lbs in a year! Keep it up!

I know its a bit late but can I join- I need some motivation.

Start day: 11th March- Weight: 188lbs
16th March WI- Lost:
23rd March WI (AAM)-Lost:
30th March WI- Lost:

I'm aiming to lose at least 7lbs (would say more but AAM might slow things down, but ideally am aiming for a further 10lbs to make it a stone in a month!)

Just to let you all know, work is going to be manic this week so it's unlikely I will be on until the weekend - and only then if I'm not sleeping through it with sheer exhaustion. lol

I've asked Starlight to look after the challenge for this week, so any changes to your weight just post on this thread and I'm sure she'll update it when she sees it.

Starlight - Lighterlifers weight for week 2 needs to be updated (sts), and could you please add wannabslim? Thanks hun! xxx
