5lbs is ruddy good and I hate you cause I want to lose 5lbs in one week!!!!!

When Marcus got home from work this afternoon i asked him about this thread. He told me he wasn't disappointed with losing 5lbs, what he actually meant was if he hadn't cheated he may of lost more?! That's why he was disappointed, more with himself rather than the actual weight he lost!.....I hope this makes it more clearer ?!....

Only lost 5lbs this week
But thats my own fault cause i cheated abit and i feel like **** about it
But i have learnt from my mistakes!

But atleast i have lost over a stone now

my boys saw sm3 saturday they raved about it
said it was the best one out of the 3
i got weigh in aswell wednesday
according to my scales i haven`t budged so far this week so expect tears from me wednesday if it is still the same then.
