margarine/butter?

Good Morning all!

What butter or marg do you use in your house? I have a craving for marmite on toast and need some marg, but I just dont know which one to buy.

any ex light marg is approx half a syn per tsp so its not that bad to be honest

I'm not a big fan of marg anyway, so WHEN I do have anything I use half fat butter.

On the very rare occasions I have anything at all, it has to be proper butter. I would rather have real butter once in a blue moon, and syn it, than have any substitutes.

I tend to have normal flora and syn it because i cant stand the light one xx

We have clover lighter, but mostly i use it for the baking recipes that need a small amount of fat.
1tsp =1syn
1 tbsp = 3.5syns
28g =6.5 syns

Dont know if its the lowest about, but is suitable for cooking/baking with

I'm a lurpak light girl myself - don't use it very often, but when I do, it has to be proper
