Week 3 - gutted only 2lb this week
Should be starting to add food now right? I've not lost enough to feel like I can start adding food yet . I know it will slow right down once I do, help?!

Hi, 2lbs fine, you're doing well. I too found that my weight loss slowed at week 3. I did my week 4 last week, and ate the extra as we should. This week, my weight loss has increased again. You need to have that extra food to keep up the momentum. Maybe it's something to stop your body thinking its starving and the extra food seems to kick start the loss again. So enjoy your extra treats for a week and your losses should increase again for a while. Good luck
