Hey everyone, I am going to a friends for lunch and said I'd bring food for everyone, going to M&S and was wondering if someone could let me know the lowest syn salad/salad components so I can stick to plan! I am night shift so need to eat low syn so I survive the night with snacks! I am going to get everyone to tell me what they fancy but I need things for me!
