    Wow has anyone tried the Marks and Spencers web site for a dietary assessment. It is brilliant. You enter the types of foods you have eaten over an average week and it works out if your proportions of carbs, protein etc are on track with healthy eating guidlines. You can also email them a question and you geta very personal reply in 2-3 days.

    Wow very interesting! According to the eat well plate I'm eating too many vegetables!! 49% to be specific, and it should be 33%; a little more calcium than I should, too little carbs, enough protein and too much sugars... Yikes! I'm not sure its very accurate... lol
