For all those marmite lovers who are missing their toast with butter and MARMITE, here are some ideas - please copy paste and add your favorites on to the list

Flax bread with butter and marmite (doesnt toast so well but a great start!)

Lol love the thread Katie. Marmite on cold cooked chicken seemed like such a good idea. It smelt lovely but just didn't taste good! Can you drink it like bovril?

I get the sliced bread from LCM. The slices are tiny (think WW bread), but only 1.9g per slice. Buttered toast with lots of marmite TBH, I like just sticking a spoon in the marmite & licking it of & mixed in M&S full fat cottage cheese. Lush!

I like marmite and chicken..!!..

marmite with cream cheese and using celery dippers! YUMMY.

Egg mayonnaise with marmite .. YUM

Marmite and cream cheese to stuff chicken (for those who do like the chicken/MM combo)

Sautee green veggies with butter mixed with marmite.. *I like to add some spice to this too..

there are loads.. I love love love Marmite.. and used it long before my Atkins days started. I"ll think of some more
