Marmite?

Does anyone know if marmite is allowed on induction? I have looked on ingredients list be couldn't see sugar or sweeteners?

Don't think it has carbs but what would you be eating it on??? Yak lol

Ooh it's lovely!! Straight from the jar is not a problem lol. But goes with all sorts scrambled eggs, stir frys, on steak I love the stuff! I couldn't see sugar on the ingredients and it doesn't have carbs, hopefully its ok!

Hi, there are 19.2g carb per 100g of product, so given the amounts normally used, it should be ok. Enjoy
