MARS ICE CREAMS!!!!

Hi everyone,

I was browsing the syn list before I I viewed one blog from about a year ago that listed brand named ice cream bars, but the syn value differ from my book going back about 2 years (they were actually lower which is good!!) But I don't know what one to trust.

Interested in Mars ice creams, malteasers, magnums etc!!!

Anyone got an upto date list of these types of treats?

Mars Ice Cream bar, 71g = 10 syns
Malteser Ice Cream bar, 45g = 5½ syns

Just a quick one I bought some Mars Ice Creams a pack 6 for £2 but they weigh 42g, any idea what syns they would be? THey seem a bit smaller than the ones mentioned above, guessing about 6 syns???

The 20 kcal = 1 syn rule works for these types of things... look at the nutritional information on the pack, divide the calories by 20, and then round up to the nearest whole or half number for the syn value.
