Mash on a red day ?

Hey ... i`m doing some mash for tea, not going to add any butter, and just a splash of milk from my hex-a .... I`m on a red day ... so can i do the potato as a hex-b ? if so how much can i have, and if not, how much can i have for what syns ? ? Thankyou x x x

I don't know the syns, but I do know you can only have it as a HEb if you eat the skins because that's where the fibre is presumably. xxx
