Mashed potato

I just wondered how many points are in mashed potato..? I made some tonight with skimmed milk. I used 4 plum sized potatoes..

I esitmate that at 6.. does that sound about right?

Do you mean new potatoes? or what size normal potatoe would you equivelnt them in size to? And how much milk did you use?

The milk i can work out.. I used 4 regular white potatoes - all about the size of a plum

well a plum is small so i would say 3 points for the 4 to be on the safe side

We were talking about mash potatoes in weight watcher class tonight and the leader said that I scoup is about 1 point..

i did myself instant stuff and it worked out about 0.5 for 3 scoops and then i added flora extra light and added another 0.5 for that, i have mind really runny though LOL so i suppose get more from what i'm given!
