Mattessons?

Are these suitable for induction? I know carb wise they are but last time i did Atkins the general rule was if it's processed then leave it be, just wondering if it's changed?

they are fine as long as the full fat ones and another thread on this a dozen or so posts down guess they are a low carbs favorite lol

Just checked Mattesons at Tesco Online - the family pack is 0carbs, the 227g pack says it's 0.5carbs per 100 - no idea why it should be different! Not the reduced fat version - maybe it's Tesco making a mistake...going to try some anyway

At 0 carbs you'll need the family pack as you can have as many as you like lol

I just bought some (the regular) and it says 0.0 carbs. There is a garlic one, maybe that has some carbs?
