I'm doing Slimming World - how about you? Have been walking about an hour each day and then doing couch to 5k every other day also xx

I'm using mfp to count calories and am having between 1300 and 1700 a day. It's so easy :)

I'd love to c25k in the future, would be a fantastic achievement! X

I calorie counted at the beginning of the year and lost about 8lb but I need the fear of someone weighing me so joined slimming world lol x
