Maybe a stupid question ...

    but how do you work out points for spreads like butter, jam etc..

    I'm only using a tiny bit for toast and sandwiches but not sure how to point it..

    sorry if its a stupid question...xx

    I have marg & honey on my toast & count it as 1pp each, i scrape it on very thin.

    well if you take what you normally use and weigh it, you can point it by that. You do get used to guesstimating eventually. What I do is use a lil tub, measure out how much I want to budget into my day and use it throughout the day. x

    didn't realise you could guess it as I thought that was a big no no in WW ... its my first day of starting tomorrow so I want to make sure I get everything right...

    You can measure by the teaspoon on the eSource and OCD though I am, I do measure out a teaspoon before putting it on my toast. Portion control was a big problem with me before WW though so it's definitely my Achilles Heel.
