mayo or salad cream

im so confused what i can and cant have and ive read that damn booklet loads lol!!!
I will some day this week have a salad for tea and i cant have salad without mayo (its light)

Heya!

In my personal opinion (some people may disagree with me!)....I normally have a tiny amount of salad cream when I have a salad. I'm like you and can't have a plain salad.

You know the little sachets you get in a cafe? I tend to pinch a few of them, and use them...at least you know you're not going to go overboard as well then.

ive looked around an apparently full fat mayo is better?
