Doing three days SP. just had 3 veggie sausages, have I blown my day ?

Depends which ones, the vegetarian sausages are synned if I remember correctly, so if it's those then no, as you use syns, speed, protein and healthy extras on an SP day, but if they are the rosemary & red onion ones then yes, you've turned it into an EE day, as they are free, and there's no free food on SP days x
