Does anyone know the syn value of the mcdonalds crispy chicken salad with balsamic dressing?

Been trying to check on the webite but it's dead again :-(

Thanks Mia...I'm having a complete mare with the SW technology at the mo.

At weigh in last night the card reader on the scales broke so we had to be weighed in on paper...and now the fancy new website is bombing out.

Fingers crossed I'll find it out at some point
