Thats high really, especially if I want salad at lunch. Suppose it would be ok if I had not had many carbs during the day and had it with my evening meal?

I would stick with the original list for induction - I plough through cabbage, lettuce (little gem and iceberg) and spinach, mushrooms 2-3 times a week, courgette occasionally, tomatoes hardly ever
Oooh just looked up the carb count on the sainsburys one - 1.9g for half a bag, that's really good considering it has leeks in. That's going on my shopping list. Thank you <3
