dressing and croutons. Any idea on the syn value please. DD who has quite a bit to lose has been to McD's today for lunch. She was good and ordered the salad instead of a burger but had the ceasar dressing on it. I know the syn value is 2 without the dressing and croutons. Thanks:)

Mc D's website says 220cals, so from a rough guide of 20cals = 1syn, it works out around 11 syns

i know from looking at them before, that Mcdonalds salads as served with the dressings were quite nasty.

So try and find out how much dressing she used... guess I suppose. Then syn that ontop of the salad.
