We had a lie in today til 9am. Hubs has caught my cold so lazy day on the sofa for us.

The main thing I want to achieve today is to stick to my calorie targets.
 
Oh damn, nothing like sharing the love cold wise - AKA man flu! Hope it passes quickly for him and you!
 
Thanks! I'm mostly better so more him suffering but a chill day is much needed.

I do want to eat all the junk food but have resisted so far!
 
I need to get my head back in the game! I ended up eating Chinese and drinking a few beers last night!

Thurs - sat are when I struggle. My diet is tons better than it was but could be better.

Will just pick up and dust myself off. I'm going to research low carb as I think that is what I need to focus on for a while.
 
Thank you! I have drawn a line and today has been good diet wise. It's my totm and I feel very bloated and crampy, but will keep on keeping on. Stuck to my lower calorie goal today which i hope will allow me the leeway I need on a weekend.

I have a long weekend next weekend with lots of gigs so need to keep on top of it til Thursday evening, as I know dinner that evening will probably be McDonald's or similar.

Trying to increase the fruit I eat. A banana made it onto my desk today. (Still there.... but progress!) Our office provides all the fresh fruit and veg you could want and I should take more advantage of that. Also we now have lots of lower calorie and healthy snacks so of I do get a hunger pang it's easy to make a sub 100 cal choice which is great!

McDonalds will be fine, you just need to make sure you eat lower calories during the day to compensate.

You are so lucky having fruit and veg supplied at work. I would eat loads more if it was there in front of me all the time!

I am experiencing terrible cramp and today I just need to make it through the day. My calories are planned. Including some chocolate because I just need to make myself feel better!

The beauty of CC is that you can have your beer and as long as it's within your daily calorie allowance that's ok :)
 
I've had a fairly bad week food wise. Good choices have been made. But so have bad. Oh well. Still plodding on. Need to try and eat the contents of our freezer before we move so dinners could get interesting!

Going to make chilli stuffed peppers tonight.

Have sts the week so that's pretty good.
 
Oh my god, I'm nearly at the next stone marker! I will be so good until Thursday. I don't want to derail this progress.

Long weekend I hope this week. I have holiday booked but we are short staffed so things may change. We get the keys to our new house a week today! I really need to start decluttering a bit more. Kitchen is 80% done though.

Main aims for this week are no alcohol til thursday, don't spend money on lunches, eat more veg and spend more time with the husband. We've not been social together in a while but have 2 gigs this week.
 
Thanks! This week has been a shocker foodwise. I'm just not thinking about what I'm eating. I know how to do this and know I can do it. I will be back on 100% on Tuesday as this weekend is full of gigs and a hotel stay. Once I get them out the way i can refocus, in the meantime though just not eating junk is my aim, I will start counting again next week.
 
Nearly at the end of my long weekend! We are out again tonight and then I am back to being a hermit as much as I can. We are staying away and I will try to make the right choices but I'm planning on hitting reset tomorrow anyway.

Weight has fluctuates but I've mostly stayed the same. I have had far too much alcohol so that stops tomorrow.

I have vaguely meal planned, trying to empty the fridge/feezer and cupboards so we don't move all the food - new house, new healthy food everywhere!

I will also have space to work out! I would quite like to buy a treadmill as I used to love running, but hubs isn't so sure. Will be getting something I know that much.

Plan over the next two weeks is to focus on moving, making the right good choices and cutting down the beer.
 
Its been a while since my last update. Losses have slowed but it's been a busy time with socialising and trying to get ready to move which we hope to do by next weekend!

I have made it down to the next stone bracket so see that as a win.

Will keep chugging along. I will get back to being super serious once we have moved and will start to somehow incorporate exercise into my plan. I'm going to try to start working from home one set day a week which gives me plenty of time to get a workout in.

Drinking has been creeping up but I have stuck for the most part to my calories I'm just in a sort of limbo at the moment and struggling to focus but that will all change soon!
 
Right! Let's get back on that horse! Life has been manic. My loss has stalled, but I have not gained. Yay! We move this week and so my new superstar lifestyle begins next week. I will begin my new work out program, exercising 3 days a week. I will commit to 2 hours of coursework per week. I will cook from scratch and bring lunch to work so that I'm making good choices.

This week is about getting the diet back and getting moved and ready to hit the ground running.

I will keep myself accountable with a daily post.
 
Slight wobble with the food plan yesterday but nothing too big. Made lunch again this morning, so sticking to not buying food. Trying to get out for walks during my lunch break at work, every little helps!

Packing more of the house tonight, we had good progress yesterday, on plan with move in this weekend.

Feeling very positive today!
 
Day 3 and I have not had a shop bought lunch! Although we have run out of food at home so tomorrow might be a different story.

Old house looking very empty, just need to get through one more day at work and then I can get on with things!
 
We are moved! We have no cooker so relying on ready meals which isn't great but not an excuse not to hold myself accountable.

The floor/scale combo in the new house says I'm heavier than my start weight! But I'll run with it, if it goes down that's the main thing.

Meals for today
B - 3 x Ryvita and peanut butter
S - nairn biscuit things
L - caeser salad
D - lasagne

Exercise will be packing more stuff up at the old house. Will do an hour after work and call it a day.
