I'm trying to get back on track...again!

Can anyone tell me the Syn Value of McVities Oat and Honey Porridge Oats Breakfast Biscuits? They come in a pack four biscuits.

3 per biscuit! So 12 for the packet. They are yummy but I won't be buying them again now I know that!!
