Meal ideas for Valentine's Day!

Hi all, my hubby and I have decided to stay in on Valentine's Day (I'm usually working or we often go out for meals). Can anyone think of a yummy recipe that would be perfect for the occasion? I'm thinking along the lines of fish as we both love it! Don't get me wrong, I do have plenty of recipes in SW mag, books, here at Minimins etc, but just wanted some fresh inspiration from you guys!!X

I loved the portugese fish stew that was in the booklet witht he mag a couple of mags back. I'm not that hot on cooking, and it was easy enough, and lush!

How about the salmon dish in the new mag, or there was the salmon dish in the Xmas mag! Def the meringue kisses for dessert! xxx
