Meal out?

I'm not on a strict diet yet, other than cutting down on the biscuits but I just went out for a meal, but I have no idea how many syns it will have been (other than a lot)
I had:
Lasagna & Salad
Diet Cola
Chocolate Brownie Cake break_diet: Oopsies)

Any ideas as to how many syns it'll have been?

I'd just like to know for next time (I go there regularaly)
