I haven't measured myself in ages and I promised my CDC I would do it. So...
I've lost 15" from my waist, 7" from my hips and 10" from my chest since I started the diet! 8" have gone from my thighs and 5" from my arms, though I'm hoping my biceps will start to go back up again at some point lol
In total, that's 45" lost!
