    Hi all,

I recently posted on the syn section asking someone to syn my jerk seasoning. The only thing to measure the syns against was a 27gms sachet of jamacian jerk chicken mix.I use asda jerk seasoning but I am sure I don't use as much as that and am sooooooo reluctant to syn it 3 and a half!!!!!!!

My weighing scales are not very accurate(am getting myself some digi ones this week!)Does anyone how i can measure what I use please?

Its my favourite red day dish!!!!!!!!!:D

Why not just use a level teaspoon? That would be around 5g.

Sorry I don't - it's different to a ready mix like schwartz so it might even be free - why not phone the syn helpline and see what they say?

If 27g is 3.5 syns you could see how many teaspoons you get out of a packet then divide by 27
If you get 7 tsp out of the packet it's 0.5 syns per tsp etc
