Has anyone measured the packs into teaspoons or tablespoons? I figured I'd ask before i go and make a mess doing it! ;D I want to split my packs evenly in half and need to find out how to measure them out.

Do we need to measure it????
I guesstimate it :/ probably not the best thing to do. I also cut my bar into approx 1cm cubes and put in a bowl to pick at as my last meal but can spread it for most the evening from about 7pm xx

I've been meaning to do this as my kitchen scales aren't working at the moment - let me know when you've done it! :)
I've been guessing but that sometimes means one thick shake and one really runny one :(

OK, I measured it out. Each packet has appx. 7 tablespoons. I wanted to measure it out so I could leave the excess in the packet, and just scoop out what I need :)
