Meat/Fish on Green days?

Hi all, sorry if this is an obvious question but I understood on green days, I can have limited meat/fish as a HEB and on red days can have pulses/carbs as a HEB - is this correct? My q is how much? ie is there a set weight or does it vary according to what you are having? have got so frustrated trying to find the answer to this on the SW website (does anyone else find their website a PITA or is it just me in my sleep-deprived state?):mad:
 
It depends on what you are having. Full lists of the amounts are online under My Weight Loss Tools > Latest Healthy Extras. Just choose red or green as appropriate and select the button for B option then they are listed on the drop down menus :)
