Hi All,

I am hoping to start the cambridge diet this week but I need to have a form signed by my doctor as I am on anti depressants. Does any1 else know if this will be a problem?

I don't know but I think some antidepressants slow down weight loss.

I was on anti-depressants when I first started Cambridge last year and it was fine, funny though when I lost the weight I came off them because I gained ME back!!!

Thanks for replies. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and hopefully he will sign off the form to say I can start the diet. I know he will agree I need to lose weight I am just hoping he allows me to do the cambridge diet
