Hi,is ibrobrufen (sp) ok to take I know paracetomol is. Have a really sore throat and don't know what to take, presume lemsip is out of the question?

I think any medicine is a no no,I felt same last week, and I took beechams flu tablets rather than medicine and kept sipping cold bottled water coz my throat felt like sandpaper hope your feeling better soon x

Just make sure you take the ibuprofen with your shakes if you can, they can really irritate your tummy lining if you take them on an empty stomach xxx but yes you can take both paracetamol and ibuprofen together.
