    Hope i am doing this right decided to add my food diary So far today

    Day 1 24th August

    Breakfast- Banana

    Lunch- Roast chicken beeetroot peppadews cherry toms spring onion spinach watercress

    mullerlight [vanilla} grapes,3plums

    Dinner- chilli con carne with loads veg
    Wholemeal pitta B
    Low fat cheddar A
    2 slices turkey
    diet coke
    Syns 3.5/15

    Breakfast- quorn sausages turkey rashers toms eggs

    Fruit mullerlight

    Lunch -

    Dinner- fish and prawn pie loads veg 198g potatoes {B] low fat cheese {A}

    Hi all had couple days away so kind of fell of track But i am back again today
    Monday 29th August
    Breakfast - Fruit
    Lunch - omlette with ham tomatoe onion
    Snack turkey slices
    Dinner - beefcurry with loads veg coop pitta [B}
