hi back again started Cambridge to day have Gained over 8kg in the past year i thought id never have to do this again but it was my own fault started having a treat of chocolate ie fredo only 99cals but iv ended up eating about 20 a day now Fxxk it hope i can get back in to it ill never eat a chocolate again

Good luck too you, chocolate - for me it's a love/hate relationship!

I'm restarting tomorrow (again) restarted last Thursday but cocked it all up with lack of willpower!
