months, start thurs after the xmas break . With the exercise they are
good value 4 money can give u some ideas for menu's however every 1 haS
different ideas for menu's dont they
on the hip n thigh do at class start with
the kick start for 2wks which is 1200 cals
then moved on to 1500 cals the cals is based on your weight
b/fasts are 200cals
lunch 300'' ''
dinner 400 ''''
2 power snacks 100 cals
3/4 pt milk either skimmed or s/s
=200 cals this is daily for 1200 cals
b/fast: 40g special k or bran flakes
with milk from allowance.and 70g blueberries
lunch:blt sandwich 2 slices multigrain bread (400g)sz 2tsp extra light mayo
with3 slices turkey rasher's,grilled .a sliced tomato +lettuce
dinner:1x100g chicken fillet,no skin stir fryed with no oil I USE FRY LITE! with s
stirfry veg/1/4 jar sharwoods blackbean sauce,55g boiled basamati rice
power snacks ie :90g grapes,funsize banana,2 sats,1/2 melon small apple,

dieT is low GI grained bread, only brown new pots /sweet potatoes pasta etc the 5% fat applies for sausages etc
unlimited tea/cofee try drink 2 litres water
